As the world strives towards change and we try to find our truth among the madness, it is easy to get lost and feel overwhelmed with negativity. We live in a world filled with unconscious people where no one really knows what they’re doing anymore.
So how can we repel all this negativity and avoid being sucked into the vortex of fear and worry? One of our favorite ways of protecting one’s self against negativity is carrying crystals for protection such as black tourmaline, tiger eye, obsidian and hematite. Cleansing yourself, your home and your surroundings with sacred incenses (Such as sage, palo santo, copal, myrrh, etc) can also help greatly.
