Great topic! I believe spirituality is all about love!! It might sound cheesy to some people to hear that at first, but when you really think about it, love is basically healthy relationships!!
A healthy relationship with the environment, with your family, with nature, with your co-workers, with your mailman, with the environment, with your food, with the cat down the road!! Etc.
