Agate was named by the Greek philosopher, Theophrastus, in the shores of the river Achates in Sicily around the 3rd and 4th centuries BC. This water agate was so beautiful I couldn’t resist picking it up when I saw it at the Crystal Dreams store in Pierrefonds. This natural crystal really shifted the energy in my home and it goes so well with other light coloured agates and blue crystals like sodalite and lapis lazuli
