Can I keep my angelite in water or salt?

Angelite is a soft, porous stone that does not tolerate water. Prolonged contact with water, especially salt water, can alter its surface and make it more brittle. For purification, prefer dry methods such as fumigation, sound purification or contact with quartz or selenite.

Why does my angelite look different from the photos?

Angelite has natural variations of blue, from pale blue to blue-grey, sometimes with slight mottling or inclusions. As each stone is unique, it is normal for it to differ slightly from the images shown. These natural peculiarities make each angelite a singular piece.

How can I improve the appearance of my angelite?

Angelite is sensitive to liquids, so clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with water or abrasive products that could alter its matt surface. To enhance its appearance, place it on a contrasting surface or under soft lighting to accentuate its velvety appearance.
