On April 25 and 26, 2020, the 16th edition of the Metaphysical and Spiritual Show of Canada will be held at the prestigious Enercare Center, located at 100 Princes’ Blvd. Suite 1, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3. Here is the list of prices for exhibitors:
Exhibitor Kit:
- Draped booth 8’x8′ (6 foot table included): $599 + taxes
- Draped CORNER booth 8’x 8′ (two tables of 6 foot included): $699 + taxes
- Draped booth 10’x8′ (8 foot table included): $620 + taxes
- Draped CORNER booth 10’x8′ (8 foot table and 6 foot table included): $750 + taxes
Included in the rental price of the stand:
- All tables supplied come with a tablecloth, skirt and WHITE vinyl tray.
- Pipes and sheets WHITE (Fund fully draped).
- Two chairs.
Optional additions:
- If you need electricity, there is a $50 + tax rate.
NO ADDITIONAL TABLE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Two chairs are provided free of charge with each booth. All exhibitors interested in participating in The Metaphysical and Spiritual Show of Toronto must send their completed form with the “E-transfer” payment to the account:

The booth location will be assigned at the discretion of Crystal Dreams. We have a limited amount of places available. So, considering the huge success of previous Crystal Dreams events, the high demand from new exhibitors, a new waiting list and the limited space, we strongly recommend that you send us your request. Signed participation using the attached form before March 16, 2020 to have a table at the show.
Installation choice (no admission to the general public):
- Friday April 24, 2020 from 3:30PM to 7:30PM
- Saturday April 25, 2020 from 7:30AM to 10:00AM
Dates and opening hours for the general public:
- Saturday April 25, 2020 from 10:00AM to 8:00PM
- Sunday April 26, 2020 from 10:00AM to 8:00PM
Crystal Dreams does not offer an unloading and loading service. If you need such service, please make the necessary arrangements. The venue will have trolleys available for rent for a fee; 5$/ 30 minutes.
Without exception, exhibitors must be present at their booth and their equipment must be in place until the end of the exhibition. If you are unable to be present for the assembly of your booth at the times mentioned, you must contact the organizers or officials of the fair: Santiago Hul (514) 586-0933 or Rafael Hul at (514) 687-0933 for make the necessary arrangements. It is important that your stand is ready for 10:00 am on Saturday, April 25, 2020.

Terms and conditions
The Metaphysical & Spiritual Show of Toronto (the “Show“) is presented by Crystal Dreams Inc. (“Crystal Dreams“).
1) Contract: By signing the application form (the “Request“), the exhibitor wishing to participate in the Show (“Exhibitor“) agrees to comply with the terms set out below (the “Terms and Conditions“).
2) Request for participation and payment:
i. Interested exhibitors must send their request to participate and their payment as soon as possible. Places are assigned at the discretion of Crystal Dreams, taking into account, in particular, the chronological order of the dates of reception of the properly completed Requests for which the payment of the Rental Price has been made.
ii. Crystal Dreams will, at its sole discretion, make the final floor plan and assign exhibitors’s places allocation based on the needs of the Show.
iii. Crystal Dreams reserves the right to refuse an exhibitor’s request to participate for any reason, including but not limited to, if Crystal Dreams does not believe that the exhibitor’s goods or services are compatible with the purposes or theme of the Show. If the Exhibitor’s Request is refused, Crystal Dreams will refund the rental price paid by the exhibitor thus refused.
iv. The Exhibitor must make a payment of 100% of the rental price (including electricity access fees) (the “Rental Price“) at the time of sending the Request. Payment of the Rental Price may be made by electronic transfer to info@CrystalDreamsWorld.com, or in person.
v. Crystal Dreams will notify the Exhibitor when their Request is accepted.
3) Cancellation :
i. In the event of a cancellation to participate in the trade show by the Exhibitor, for any given reason, Crystal Dreams will not refund the Rental Price or any other fees paid by the Exhibitor.
ii. Crystal Dreams reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Exhibitor’s participation to the Show at any time if the Exhibitor (i) fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (ii) does not comply with any term, any condition or any reasonable rules imposed by Crystal Dreams subsequent to the signing of the Request to participate; or (iii) interferes with the proper functioning of the Show. In the event that Crystal Dreams terminates the Exhibitor’s participation in the Show for any of those reasons, Crystal Dreams may reimburse, at its sole discretion, only the Rental Price paid by the concerned Exhibitor. All other expenses, including but not limited to, travel and accommodation expenses, salaries, or material creation fees for the Show, as well as any damages resulting from the cancellation of the Exhibitor’s participation in the Show, will remain entirely the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
iii. In case of complete cancellation of the Show by Crystal Dreams, the responsibility of Crystal Dreams is limited only to the reimbursement of the Rental Price.
4) Booth installations :
i. Exhibitors may set up on Friday April 24, 2020 from 3:30PM to 7:30PM or Saturday, April 25, 2020 from 7:30AM to 10:00AM. If an Exhibitor cannot attend the installation day, the Exhibitor must contact Crystal Dreams to discuss and confirm alternative measures.
ii. The official opening of the Show for the general public is scheduled at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 25, 2020. All equipment and/or materials must remain in place between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm on April 25 and 26, 2020. The dismantling of the booths is prohibited during the opening hours of the Show.
iii. The Exhibitor is responsible for the decoration of his kiosk. The Exhibitor must supply his own tablecloths, extension cords and lighting. The Exhibitor is allowed to use only 150 watts per booth. To have access to electricity at the booth, the Exhibitor must have paid the electricity access fee. No live flame should be used in kiosks.
iv. Only tables provided by Crystal Dreams will be allowed. Exhibitors may only use the tables provided by Crystal Dreams at the front of their booth to display their merchandise. No items can be added to expand these tables, including tables provided by Crystal Dreams for use by the Exhibitor behind their kiosk.
v. The Exhibitor may only display and sell the goods or services that the Exhibitor has described in the Request to participate. In the event that the Exhibitor exhibits or sells goods or services other than those described in the Request to participate form, Crystal Dreams may require that the Exhibitor corrects the situation immediately and that the Exhibitor ceases immediately to exhibit or sell the unauthorized goods or services in question.
vi. In the event that the Exhibitor occupies a space that is not allocated to him, uses too many reflectors or interferes with the proper functioning of the exhibition, Crystal Dreams may require the Exhibitor to correct the situation immediately.
vii. The Exhibitor undertakes to label his merchandise correctly by indicating the asking price and spreading his merchandise properly and in a professional manner.
viii. Under the safety and fire prevention laws, exit doors and their access must be free at all times. The Exhibitor commits to respect a smoke-free environment in the room throughout the duration of the Show.
ix. The showroom has a very strict food and beverage policy. If the Exhibitor sells these types of products, the Exhibitor must ensure that the products are sealed and the Exhibitor will inform the customers that they can not consume them during the Show. However, the Exhibitor is allowed to give his customers very small samples to enable them to test the product.
5) Subleasing :
i. The Exhibitor may not sublet, sell, or transfer part or all of their booth without the prior written permission of Crystal Dreams. The Exhibitor will not be able to exhibit products in their booth that are not the products of the Exhibitor and will not be able to display advertising for products or services other than their own.
ii. Exhibitors registered at the Show are not permitted to purchase from a vendor not registered as an Exhibitor, unless they have obtained Crystal Dreams approval beforehand.
6) Unauthorized persons :
i. Exhibitors registered at the Show are not permitted to purchase from an unregistered exhibitor unless they have Crystal Dreams approval.
ii. Exhibitors registered at the Show are not allowed to discuss or exchange information with any person not authorized by Crystal Dreams, that is encouraging the Exhibitor to attend another exhibition or event similar to the Show.
7) Non-Solicitation : The Exhibitor commits not to recruit any vendors or customers of the Show, including but not limited to other Exhibitors, to encourage them to participate in other exhibitions or similar events at the Show, without prior written approval by Crystal Dreams. Violation of this non-solicitation clause will result in the expulsion of the Exhibitor from the Show and any other of Crystal Dreams’ Metaphysical and Spiritual Shows in Canada.
8) Non-competition : The Exhibitor expressly commits not to, directly or indirectly, create or organize an exhibition or similar event to the Show. The Exhibitor agrees and accepts that the violation of this non-competition clause may result, at the discretion of Crystal Dreams, in a permanent ban from participating in future editions of the Show.
9) Indemnity :
i. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify Crystal Dreams, its affiliates, directors, administrators, employees and respective representatives and exempt them from all responsibility towards claims, demands, costs, damages and liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly (i) from the actual or alleged violation of these Terms and Conditions by the Exhibitor or their employees, representatives or agents; (ii) the fault or negligence of the Exhibitor or their employees, representatives or agents; or (iii) products or services offered by the Exhibitor at their booth or advertised at their booth or used by any person.
ii. The Exhibitor assumes absolute and sole liability for bodily injury or material damage to consumers or users of the products or services offered by the Exhibitor at their booth or advertised at their booth.
iii. The Exhibitor assumes absolute and sole responsibility for all their goods, equipment and facilities. The Exhibitor releases Crystal Dreams from any liability in the event that such goods, equipment or exhibitor’s facilities are damaged, lost or stolen.
iv. The Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining sufficient insurance cover for their participation in the Show and their activities as part of the Show.
10) Limitation of liability : In no event shall Crystal Dreams be liable to the Exhibitor for consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business income, loss of opportunity or damage to third parties. These limits to the liability of Crystal Dreams are maintained after the expiration or termination of this Agreement regardless of why or how it is terminated.
11) General :
i. This Agreement is governed by and construed in the laws of the Province of Quebec, without reference to the conflict of rights provisions, and the laws of Canada where applicable. Any dispute relating to these will be submitted to the Courts of competent jurisdiction of the District of Montreal.
